Hong Kong actor Ho Chun-hin and his non-celebrity wife recently held their wedding reception in mainland China, six months after he announced his remarriage.

The intimate affair was attended by family and close friends, including actress Jay Leung and action star Jason Ng Yuk-shu.

At the entrance, a welcome board featuring the couple’s wedding portrait carried the heartfelt inscription: “With you for the rest of my life, walking together in love.”

The celebration also marked the first public appearance of Ho’s wife, whose delicate features and warm demeanour quickly won over netizens.

Ho, 50, is best known for his portrayals of police officers, a career hallmark that earned him the title of TVB’s “go-to cop”.

His signature dramas include Tiger Cubs (2012), A Fist Within Four Walls (2016) and Legal Mavericks (2017), among others.

Ho’s first marriage was to a woman named Christina Lau in 2010, but the pair divorced in 2019, reportedly over political differences.

Earlier in March, the former TVB star announced that he had remarried. He and his wife have since welcomed a baby daughter, according to Hong Kong’s Headline Daily.
