Maggie Cheung, 60, looks stunning at rare appearance at Shanghai fashion show

Maggie Cheung is a name that’s just part of Hong Kong cinema even though her last major roles were 20 years ago.

Since then, In The Mood For Love actress has mostly stayed out of the limelight, spending her time between Hong Kong and Paris.

Cheung, who turned 60 on Sept 20, has occasionally appeared at fashion shows.

Her most recent appearance was on Tuesday (Oct 8), when she was spotted in the front row of a fashion show in Shanghai, China.

The Hero star looked simply stunning, exuding both class and elegance in an all-black ensemble paired with a silver necklace.

Netizens took to the comment section to admire Cheung for ageing gracefully; some hoped they’d look just as good when they turn 60.

One wrote: "Time never diminishes true beauty – Maggie will always be the goddess in my heart."

Another stated: "Maggie is so charming, she’s making me swoon!"

An attendee who shared Cheung’s photos on Weibo on Wednesday (Oct 9), wrote: “Last night, Maggie Cheung surprised everyone by making an appearance at the Mo&Co fashion show in Shanghai, rocking an all-black outfit and making a stunning entrance.

“It was truly a delightful surprise!

“Whether 10 years ago or now, Maggie has always been the epitome of unbeatable style.

“Every appearance she makes is as captivating as ever, with a star presence that you just can't take your eyes off her.”

Other than Cheung, celebrities Qin Lan, Zhong Chuxi and Amber Kuo were also in attendance at the fashion show.
