Hong Kong actress Anita Yuen was recently spotted filming her upcoming movie, Mum's Big News, in Kuala Lumpur.

The 52-year-old, dressed in a white shirt and brown blazer, was seen at a baby shop in Pavilion Bukit Jalil with her entourage.

Despite the onlookers, Yuen maintained a warm smile and was commended for her cordial behaviour.

Several netizens on Xiaohongshu, a Chinese social media platform, also praised her for her youthful appearance.

During her stay in Malaysia, Yuen made time to dine with Golden Horse Award-winner Ben Yuen, who's also in the country to film a drama.

She also seized the opportunity to enjoy some lok-lok with her co-star, Malaysian actress Tong Bing Yu.

Mum's Big News sees Anita Yuen playing Rita Wong, a middle-aged woman who discovers her unexpected pregnancy while she and her husband plan their retirement.

In an interview with local media, Yuen, who's married to Hong Kong singer-actor Julian Cheung, admitted to having concerns about Malaysia's hot weather at first.

However, she eventually found relief in occasional cool breezes during outdoor shoots, which also allowed her to soak up some Vitamin D.

"After coming here, I realised that the weather is quite comfortable," she said.
