Alex Rodriguez’s life is in full swing after Jennifer Lopez.

The former New York Yankees slugger says he has “no regrets” following his four-year relationship with Lopez, which ended last year.

“Thank goodness, no regrets,” Rodriguez said on on a recent episode of Martha Stewart’s Making Moves podcast. “Life is good. I’m very fortunate.”

Rodriguez said he and Lopez “had a great time” together and always prioritized their children. Rodriguez and and Lopez both have two kids from previous relationships.

“Here’s what I will tell you about Jennifer — and I was telling some of my colleagues here the other day — she’s the most talented human being I’ve ever been around,” Rodriguez told Stewart. “Hardest worker, and I think she is the greatest performer, live performer, in the world today, that’s alive.”

Since the breakup, Lopez has gotten back together with actor Ben Affleck, whom she was engaged to from 2002-04. They got engaged again in April and married on July 16.

Rodriguez said on the podcast that he’s focusing on spending time with his teenage daughters and on his co-ownership of the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves.

“I’ve never been healthier, happier and more grateful for this incredible life that the good lord has given me, and to live in the greatest country in the world,” Rodriguez said. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
