Lee Sujeong, formerly of Lovelyz, will bring out her first solo album on April 26, her agency Woollim Entertainment said Wednesday.
She was the main vocalist and leader of the eight-member girl group that disbanded last year. But she actually started her music career as a solo artiste in 2011 with digital single Stranger (Feat. Wheesung) under the stage name Babysoul.
The EP is titled My Name and will demonstrate how Lee has matured even more since she turned solo. She will host standalone concerts in Seoul next month and perform 16 times. – The Korea Herald/Asia News Network
