Le Sserafim will officially debut on May 2, label Source Music announced Wednesday.

It will come out with its first EP, Fearless, and host a showcase later the same day.

The six-member band already started promoting itself with a logo motion clip, pictures, video clips and content introducing the members. A promo video, titled “Le Sserafim 2022 ‘Fearless’ Show,” was uploaded to Hybe’s YouTube channel and logged 1 million views in seven hours.

Digital souvenirs to mark the group’s debut became available last week, with all 120,000 images snatched up by fans.

The girl group is the first all-female band launched in collaboration with Hybe. The members include Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chaewon, formerly of IZ*ONE, which disbanded in April last year. – The Korea Herald/Asia News Network
