Taiwanese star Dee Hsu, who is the host of Dee’s Talk, recently had actress Alyssa Chia on her show, where the two talked about married life.

The 43-year-old Hsu is married to Taiwanese businessman Mike Hsu, who is eight years older than her, while Chia, 47, is married to 38-year-old fellow actor Xiu Jie Kai.

When Chia revealed that Xiu has a lot of energy which comes useful when taking care of their young children, Hsu told of a contrasting story about her spouse.

Hsu – who is known for her quick wit and caustic humour – recalled how her husband once sprained his back when carrying her luggage. From then on, she said, she would always worry whenever he attempted to carry anything heavy.

According to Hsu, she and her husband “are living like we’re in an old folks’ home” and that there hasn’t been any action in the bedroom for three years now.

The two have been married for 16 years, and have three daughters together.

During the programme too, Hsu also revealed that they used to exchange a kiss before parting ways for the day but this doesn’t occur anymore.

Following the host’s honesty, Chia shared that she and Xiu still “do it” regularly, and that seeing her husband’s strong arms whenever he wears a singlet on hot days just “exhilarates” her.
