After filing for divorce from husband Ahmad Lutfi Azhar on Oct 13, 2021, actress Siti Saleha’s marriage was confirmed to be over on Monday (Jan 17) by the Klang District Syariah Subordinate Court.

She was granted divorce under Islamic law with the utterance of talaq by Ahmad Lutfi, which was done in front of Judge Syarie Mohd Hairuddin Ab Karim, reported mStar – The Star’s Malay-language news portal.

Siti appeared in court accompanied by her parents as well as her lawyer. Meanwhile Ahmad Lutfi was present with two lawyers.

The 31-year-old actress told the portal: “Thank God, our divorce has been finalised today with no problems. Our life together as a married couple ends here.”

She stated that she had no further comment on why she wanted the divorce, other than that there’s no longer mutual understanding in the marriage between her and Ahmad Lutfi.

The 7 Hari Mencintaiku star married Ahmad Lutfi, 35, on July 28, 2017. The couple has no children.
