Crazy Rich Asians actor Henry Golding is preparing for his biggest role yet... as a father!

Golding, 33 and his wife Liv Lo announced they are expecting their first child in an Instagram post on Friday (Nov 6).

"2021 is already looking brighter," Golding said on Instagram.

Lo also informed her followers on Instagram of her pregnancy. "Such immense joy this little one has brought us already. Now we get to share it with you. We love you!" the 35-year-old said.

Scores of celebrities such as Freida Pinto and Olivia Munn have congratulated the couple on the happy news.

"Oh my god!!! So happy for you both!” Paul Feig, who directed Golding in A Simple Favor and Last Christmas, wrote on the actor's Instagram.

Golding and Lo met in 2011 at a friend's party and were married five years later in 2016.
