EXO's Baekhyun to star in a new web series

EXO’s Baekhyun is slated to host a new web variety series.

The show, titled Nahonjanonda (literally translated to “I Play Alone”), is a three part special and is set to air on June 3, June 7, and June 11 at 5pm, Malaysian time, on MBC’s official YouTube channel.

A teaser has also been released for the series. It begins with Baekhyun reading out a letter that congratulates him on the release of his second mini album, Delight. He then reveals the theme behind the variety series, which is a “return to (Baekhyun’s) childhood era, where he can have fun and play as he likes".

In the clip, Baekhyun shows fans a more boyish side to himself as he cooks, builds a model, and plays with various toys.

At the end, the singer opens up about his music, sharing his ultimate goal: to produce feel-good songs that will resonate with his audience.

On May 25, Baekhyun made a comeback with his second solo album, Delight.

Delight sold over 600,000 copies within its first week of release, breaking Kang Daniel’s record for highest first week sales. The title track, Candy, also topped several major charts in South Korea and around the world.
