Smudged eye rings

I HAVE a semi-oily face and watery eyes. I often apply skincare foundation, waterproof eyeliner and mascara whenever I’m out with friends or attending important events. I have tried various brands but my make-up never seems to last very long. My face becomes oily after awhile and every eyeliner I put on is smudged by the end of the day. My eyes seem to change into “panda eyes” as I often end up with black-coloured smudged rings around my eyes. This makes me really frustrated as I have to keep wiping the area around my eyes to remove the rings. Is there a skincare foundation, waterproof eyeliner and mascara that you could recommend to enable me to stay beautiful all day ? – Winnie

Audrey Ang, Estee Lauder senior education manager, says that since we live in a hot and humid climate country, it can result in your eyeliner smearing or smudging, especially if you have oily eyelids. The best way to prevent this from happening is to use a very light eye gel or cream.
