COURTYARD by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South is ushering in Chinese New Year with a variety of festive dining options during its Spring Festive Celebration.
From buffet spreads to themed afternoon teas and banquet gatherings, the celebration spans across its eateries –Substance, Courtyard Lounge and AT 137 – offering traditional flavours with a modern twist.
At Substance, its Spring Festive Buffet Celebration spread features highlights such as Peking duck and Mongolian-style roasted lamb leg on daily rotation.
A build-your-own yee sang station is also available, with over 13 auspicious toppings for a customised experience.
The buffet includes a wide range of Asian and Western favourites as well as seafood on ice.
The Lunar New Year Dinner Buffet is available from now to Feb 15 (Wednesdays to Sundays) from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, priced at RM128 nett per adult.
Children aged six to 12 enjoy 50% off, while those aged five and below dine for free.
However, up to two children per family aged 12 and below eat for free during the promotional period.
A Lunar New Year Hi-Tea Buffet is also available on Saturdays and Sundays between 12.30pm and 4pm, priced at RM88 nett per adult.
The Reunion Dinner Buffet on Feb 16 is priced at RM138nett per adult.
Over at Courtyard Lounge on the ground floor, diners can enjoy a Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea Set featuring a medley of sweet and savoury bites inspired by festive traditions.
The set includes smoked duck yee sang tartlets, chilled prawn and pomelo salad rolls, mini barbecue chicken puffs, golden crispy prawn and chive dumplings, mandarin orange chiffon cake, red bean mochi, pineapple tart cheesecake bites, sesame balls as well as cranberry scones with mandarin marmalade and clotted cream.
Available daily from now to March 31, from 3pm to 6pm, the set is priced at RM88 for two.
For larger gatherings, banquet packages are available for tables of 10, with smaller setups at the Seminar Room for up to 10 tables, or large-scale events of up to 200 tables at the Grand Ballroom.
