THE Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s (CB&TL) new Jaffa Orange Chocolate Ice Blended drink makes a perfect treat when spending quality time with family and friends this Chinese New Year.

It is available in three options — RM13.95 per slice, RM55 for a petite size and RM139.90 for a whole cake.

Chocolate lovers can look out for Chocolate Sunrise, a marriage of chocolate, orange and lemon in a compact and elegant serving (RM12.95 per slice, RM129.30 for a whole cake) and Chocolate BBQ Chicken Sandwich (RM20.50), a savoury blend of chicken seasoned with cocoa and spices, served with a tangy pineapple coleslaw.
For a sweet crunch, do not miss the Mookie Cookie (RM 11.90 per piece) — an adorable butter biscuit crafted in the shape of an ox.
A new drink available during the festive season is the Karigane Houjicha (RM9.60 per cup, RM12.50 per pot or RM55 per tin of 20 bags).
All of these are available in-store, and selected items are available via delivery.
On Feb 18, the seventh day of the lunar new year, customers who buy any sliced cake to celebrate “everyone’s birthday” will get a free small cup of Today’s Brew or Gibraltar Americano (hot/iced).
CB&TL’s festive menu is available until early March, or while stocks last.
