To many, Demi Lovato, 16, might just be another one of the many young talents from Disney’s pool of teenage performers, but judging from her debut album, she’s actually quite good. Demi was featured in the Disney movie Camp Rock last year alongside the Jonas Brothers, and in it she proudly showcased her singing chops (her acting was only so-so, unfortunately). By the time the film was released, preparation for a debut album had already begun. Demi co-wrote several of the album’s 11 tracks, together with the Jonas Brothers.
