EVERY Wednesday, there is a weekly “pasar malam” right outside my office. When I look out my window, I see a long stretch of yellow City Hall tents along the main road in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park.

The stall owners set up as early as 3pm and start running their businesses late into the night. With already limited car parks in Kuchai Lama, Wednesday traffic around this area is a complete nightmare.
