Exsim Hospitality secures RM13.49mil contract

PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has accepted a letter of award (LOA) from Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd (BBSB) for supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of carpentry works to typical units, worth RM13.49mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the main contract commenced on Dec 9, 2024 and is scheduled for completion on June 8, 2028 with a duration of 42 months.

It said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (which secured the contract), will carry out the nominated sub-contract works in accordance with the main contract programme prepared by BBSB.

Exsim Hospitality said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the nominated sub-contract works.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the LOA and/or the nominated sub-contract works. Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.”
