PETALING JAYA: Capitaland Malaysia Trust
(CLMT) will continue to pursue “yield-accretive acquisitions” and optimise its existing portfolio to support income growth and deliver sustainable returns to unitholders.
In a filing, the real estate investment trust (REIT) said targeted asset management initiatives would remain a priority to improve the value and operating performance of its retail properties, while its growing industrial and logistics portfolio would help diversify income streams.
“Amid the current operating environment, CLMT remains focused on strengthening its portfolio to deliver sustainable income growth and enhance long-term returns for unitholders,” it noted.
For the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2026 (3Q26), CLMT’s revenue rose 9.1% to RM126.54mil from RM116.04mil in the previous corresponding quarter.
