KUALA LUMPUR: Here is a recap of the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

Kelington Group Bhd’s unit Kelington Technologies Sdn Bhd has secured a further RM133.0mn contract from a manufacturing company at the Sama Jaya Free Industrial Zone in Kuching, Sarawak.

S P Setia Bhd and Gentari Green Mobility Sdn Bhd have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the deployment of electric vehicle charging facilities at selected Setia developments.

Yinson Holdings Bhd has secured about US$600.0mn (RM2.5bn) in additional firm contract backlog following an amendment to its contract for the FPSO John Agyekum Kufuor offshore of Ghana.

Citaglobal Bhd’s subsidiary LAWI Engineering GmbH has secured an engineering and equipment supply contract worth approximately RM29.0mn for the Siam Power Naklang waste-to-energy project in Thailand.

Jati Tinggi Group Bhd has secured two contracts from Tenaga Nasional Bhd worth a combined RM15.7mn for underground cable works in Selangor and a submarine power cable monitoring system in Perlis.

Go Hub Capital Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of acceptance from Tenang Capital Bhd for the provision of maintenance and support services for the Integrated Ticketing System of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd worth RM64.8mn. 

Zetrix AI Bhd fell to its lowest in 13 years after the Ministry of Transport revealed that the digital services company owed the government some RM314.0mn. The group is in talks to resolve Road Transport Department services suspension.

West River Bhd has secured a RM17.5mn subcontract for electrical, security and solar panel system works at the E-Metro Logistic Park in Bandar Bukit Raja 2, Selangor.

Willowglen MSC Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded a contract valued equivalent to approximately RM5.8mn by SP PowerAssets Ltd, Singapore, for the comprehensive maintenance of RFID system in cable tunnels.

Privasia Technology Bhd's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Silver Streams Technofarm Sdn Bhd, has received approval from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry to develop a data centre project in Bagan Datuk, Perak.

Asteel Group Bhd has secured a work order from H.N. Lau Agency Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction of a three-storey multi-level logistics complex at Shah Alam, Selangor worth RM15.8mn.

Alpha IVF Group is planning to transfer from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, with completion expected sometime in the 4QCY26.

IJM Corporation Bhd has appointed non-executive chairman of KPMG Malaysia Datuk Johan Idris as its independent non-executive director and chairman, effective 5 October 2026.
