PETALING JAYA: Divfex Bhd
has signed two separate supply agreements with a Malaysian company involved in the provision of data centre (DC) facility services and related infrastructures for the procurement and supply of key equipments for a 15-megawatt DC fit-out in Penang, totalling RM120.12mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Divfex said the supply agreements were inked by its wholly-owned subsidiary Diversified Gateway Bhd (DGB) and 51%-owned subsidiary, Excel Commerce Solutions Sdn Bhd.
Divfex said DGB will supply generator sets, transformers, switch gear and low voltage equipment for RM84.44mil, while Excel will supply cables for RM35.67mil.
“Delivery under the supply agreements is expected to be completed within three months from the first delivery, subject to an extension of up to six months by mutual agreement in writing.”
