KUALA LUMPUR: Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd, Enproserve Group Bhd, Binastra Corp Bhd, Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd (TCMH), Reservoir Link Energy Bhd, Cuscapi Bhd and Glomac Bhd are among the stocks to watch on Friday.

Bintulu Port’s wholly owned subsidiary has been appointed to operate Bintulu Port for 30 years, until August 2056, following the port’s transition from federal to Sarawak state control.

Enproserve has secured a RM12.3mil facility management and maintenance contract from Perbadanan Putrajaya for a 36-month period from January 2027 to December 2029.

Tan Chong Motor is exploring a collaboration with China-based Saike to localise electric vehicle (EV) battery packs and other components in Malaysia, while assessing export opportunities and battery recycling and second-life applications.

Binastra Corp’s first half to July 31, 2026 (1H27) profit after tax and minority interests (patami) rose 60.4% to RM85.9mil on revenue of RM1.3bil, as the group declared a four sen interim dividend with a 51% payout ratio.

Reservoir Link Energy will develop a RM570mil, 200MWac solar facility in Sarawak under a 30-year power purchase agreement with Syarikat Sesco Bhd, with commercial operations targeted for end-2029.

Wong Thean Soon, better known as TS Wong has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Cuscapi following the disposal of 103.62 million shares held directly and through Asia Internet Holdings.

Glomac returned to the black with a net profit of RM7.6mil in the first quarter of financial year 2027 (1QFY27) as revenue more than doubled to RM68.53mil on stronger property development contributions.
