Binastra 1H revenue up 93% to RM1.3bil


PETALING JAYA: Binastra Corp Bhd’s revenue for the second quarter ended July 31, 2026 of financial year 2027 (2Q27) surged 65.9% year-on-year to RM658.4mil.

Meanwhile, profit before tax (PBT) increased 89.7% to RM71.3mil, while profit after tax and minority interests (Patami) grew 78.1% to RM50.6mil.

For the six-month period (1H27), Binastra’s PBT and Patami grew 73% and 60.4% to RM122.1mil and RM85.9mil respectively, on the back of a 93.4% increase in revenue to RM1.3bil.

In a statement, the construction firm said the strong performance was mainly driven by the group’s core construction segment.

“Revenue from conventional construction and data centre projects rose by RM164.2mil to RM560.8mil in 2Q27.”

Binastra also has declared a first interim dividend of four sen per share for FY27, amounting to approximately RM43.8mil, payable on Oct 16, 2026.
