KUALA LUMPUR: Paragon Globe Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary PGBG Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a contract valued at about RM45.16mil from a data centre operator for the earthworks and retaining walls of a data centre in Johor.
It said in a stock exchange filing the works are targeted to be completed by 4Q 2026.
The group said there are no foreseeable significant risks other than the usual operational and construction-related risks associated with the works, including material price fluctuations, which are inherent in the ordinary course of the group’s construction business.
"The board expects the letter of award to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets over the duration of the works."
