HE Group unit secures RM25mil contract for power distribution system works


KUALA LUMPUR: HE Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM25mil purchase order for power distribution system works for a manufacturer involved in the assembly, testing and packing of NAND flash memory products in Malaysia.

The contract shall commence upon acceptance and shall be completed within 20 weeks, it said in a stock exchange filing.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of HE Group and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the group.
