TT Vision subsidiary bags RM9.5mil purchase order

PETALING JAYA: TT Vision Holdings Bhd (TTVHB)’s wholly owned subsidiary, TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd, has secured a purchase order worth approximately RM9.5mil from one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers.

The order involves the supply of automated vision inspection equipment and test automation solutions to support the customer’s manufacturing operations for its global semiconductor product portfolio, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and mixed-signal and radio-frequency semiconductor products.

TTVHB said the purchase order is expected to be fulfilled within five months from the date of its announcement.

The order is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2027.

The company said the order would not have any impact on its share capital or the shareholdings of its substantial shareholders.

TTVHB said the order was secured in the ordinary course of business and that the group did not anticipate any exceptional risks beyond normal operational risks.
