PETALING JAYA: Lysaght Galvanized Steel Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Lysaght Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, has received a purchase order from Signify Singapore Pte Ltd amounting to RM19mil for the supply of high masts.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said deliveries for the purchase order are expected to be fulfilled over a period of up to six years.

“The purchase order is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of Lysaght for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026, and does not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of Lysaght.”

The company said none of its directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the purchase order.

“The board of directors is of the opinion that the acceptance of the above purchase order is in the best interest of Lysaght,” the company added.
