PETALING JAYA: Microlink Solutions Bhd
has secured a 12 -month extension worth RM59.58mil for its contract with the Ministry of Home Affairs, bringing the total contract value to RM137.92mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group noted its wholly owned subsidiary, Microlink Systems Sdn Bhd (MSSB), had on Nov 6, 2026, accepted a letter dated Nov 5, 2026, from the ministry confirming the extension.
The additional scope under the extension covers continued application services for the onboarding of additional airlines, infrastructure services, software license renewals, and support and maintenance services for the APS System.
The extension increases the contract period by 12 months, from Nov 6, 2026, to Nov 5, 2027, bringing the overall contract duration to 36 months from its commencement on Nov 6, 2024.
The original 24-month contract was valued at RM78.34mil, excluding sales and service tax (SST), while the extension is worth RM59.58mil, also excluding SST.
