Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM223.0mn contract from Sunway Majestic Sdn Bhd to undertake main building works for a SOHO development in Johor Bahru.

 

PTT Synergy Group Bhd has entered into five separate SPAs with Koperasi Kakitangan Bank Rakyat Bhd to sell five industrial warehouse units in Pontian, Johor for a total consideration of RM260.0mn.

 

Southern Score Builders Bhd has secured a RM105.0mn data centre subcontract in Puncak Alam, Selangor through its 51%-owned subsidiary, SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd.

 

CAB Cakaran Corporation Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary CAB Cakaran (Timur) Sdn Bhd, has entered into three lease agreements with the Terengganu state government to lease 414.63ha of land in Setiu and Dungun for a modern poultry farming project.

 

EITA Resources Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary EITA Elevator (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM62.3mn letter of award from Prasarana Malaysia Bhd to upgrade existing lifts and escalators at LRT stations from Gombak to Kelana Jaya.

Binasat Communications Bhd will receive RM32.2mn from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd following the mutual termination of the SPA for Empire City.

DPS Resources Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Shantawood Sdn Bhd, has signed an MOU with BBSB Holdings Sdn Bhd to explore the phased lease, development and use of data centre capacity of up to 89MW in Malaysia, with potential expansion of up to 400MW.

Industronics Bhd has lodged a police report and removed former executive director Liu Wing Yee Amy from all positions in the group after identifying over HKD96.0mn in trade receivables concentrated among a small number of customers at its Hong Kong subsidiary.

Sunway REIT posted a 5.2% YoY increase in net property income to RM163.0mn for its 2QFY26, supported by stronger contributions from its retail and hotel segments.

Malaysia Smelting Corp Bhd posted a net profit of RM34.0mn for its 2QFY26, more than double the RM14.0mn recorded a year earlier, supported by higher refined tin sales and prices, as well as improved efficiency from its mining and smelting operations.

Vstecs Bhd posted a net profit of RM30.3mn for its 2QFY26, up 50.3% from RM20.2mn a year earlier, driven by broad-based growth across its business segments and higher public sector project deliveries.
