PETALING JAYA: Yoong Onn Corp Bhd
says its 60%-owned subsidiary, TC Homeplus Pte Ltd, has appointed Precise Development Pte Ltd as the contractor for the construction of a four-storey single-user B2 industrial building at 18 Tampines Street 92, Singapore, worth RM41.18mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Yoong Onn said the contract period will be 15 months from the commencement date, which is Oct 5, 2027.
“The contract and project will enhance the group’s physical footprint and long-term positioning within the Singapore commercial property landscape.
“It will also enable the group to re-establish a dedicated, fully integrated facility featuring modern corporate offices and upgraded warehouse facilities.”
Yoong Onn said this will optimise internal operational workflows, strengthen supply chain resilience, and improve overall service efficiency for customers while capitalising on the site’s prime location.
