NEXG unit inks MoCs to grow business

PETALING JAYA: NEXG Bhd’s wholly- owned subsidiary, Datasonic Global Technologies Sdn Bhd (DGTSB), has entered into three memoranda of collaboration (MoCs) to expand its secure identification solutions business into Bangladesh, Mauritius and Pakistan.

The company said DGTSB signed the separate MoCs yesterday with Galaxy Technology (Bangladesh) Ltd, D3N Ltd of Mauritius and Ultra Electronics Pakistan (Private) Ltd.

Under the agreements, the three parties will act as DGTSB’s marketing arms in their respective territories, leveraging their local networks and market knowledge to identify and secure business opportunities, particularly with government ministries, agencies and state-owned entities.

The parties will also jointly conduct promotional activities, including briefings, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows and presentations, while coordinating approaches to government clients.

NEXG said the collaborations would enable its group to tap business opportunities in the three markets and potentially other mutually agreed territories.
