PETALING JAYA: Destini Bhd
has secured a letter of award (LOA) from Searah (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for the provision of tubular running services (TRS) for Searah (Malaysia)’s West region operations.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the integrated engineering solutions provider said the value of the contract will be based on release orders issued by Searah (Malaysia) throughout the contract period.
“The contract, officially dated July 1, 2026, runs until March 29, 2031. This major award represents a continuous momentum as it aggressively strengthens and solidifies its core TRS business within Malaysia.
Under the agreement, Destini said it will deploy its specialised technical capabilities and assets to ensure seamless and safe tubular running operations across Searah (Malaysia)’s assets.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to Destini’s consolidated earnings and net assets for the duration of the project.”
