PETALING JAYA: Inspace Creation Bhd has clinched the exclusive rights to distribute Novah-branded office furniture in Malaysia after its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Image Articulation Sdn Bhd, signed a distribution agreement with Singapore-based Novah Pte Ltd.
Under the two-year agreement, effective Aug 1, Image Articulation will exclusively distribute and sell selected Novah office furniture products through offline sales channels in Malaysia.
The distributorship may be renewed for a further two years if the company achieves at least 80% of its sales targets for two consecutive years.
Image Articulation is also required to establish a showroom of about 400 sq m (or 4,300 sq ft) to display Novah products, while Novah will provide product, design, marketing, training and sales support.
