Ramssol and CTOS units ink EWA deal

PETALING JAYA: Ramssol Group Bhd’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Rams Fintech Sdn Bhd, has entered into a two-year memorandum of agreement with CTOS Digital Bhd subsidiary, CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd, to expand the distribution of its earned wage access (EWA) platform.

Under the agreement, effective July 28, CTOS Data Systems will introduce and promote Rams Fintech’s “Pay Day Now” EWA programme to employers and clients within its network, while Rams Fintech will onboard the referred employers, provide operational support and pay commissions for successful referrals.

The companies will also explore broader strategic collaboration.

This includes potential data and commercial initiatives to support the growth of the platform.
