PETALING JAYA: Aemulus Holdings Bhd
has secured new orders worth US$3.7mil (RM15.11mil) from a South Korean customer to supply test systems for the data centre and artificial intelligence market.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the orders were secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aemulus Corp Sdn Bhd, on July 27. Revenue from the contracts will be recognised progressively upon delivery of the systems.
Aemulus said the orders are expected to be fulfilled over the 2026 and 2027 financial years and are anticipated to contribute positively to the group’s earnings during the period.
It added that the contracts are not expected to have a material impact on its net assets per share for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2026, nor will they affect its share capital or shareholding structure.
The company noted that the contracts remain subject to execution risks, including material availability and fluctuations in raw material prices.
