KUALA LUMPUR: AmBank Group and Ramssol Group Bhd have launched the Pay Day Now platform, an earned wage access solution that allows employees to access part of their earned wages before payday.

The platform, developed by Ramssol’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary RAMS Fintech Sdn Bhd, enables employees to access up to 25% of their earned wages weekly, helping them manage short-term cash flow needs while reducing reliance on high-cost borrowing.

The solution is designed for organisations of all sizes, including public sector agencies, small and medium enterprises, large corporates and public-listed companies.

To support the solution, RAMS Fintech has integrated the platform with AmBank’s cash management solutions to enable secure wage disbursements through Malaysia’s real-time payment infrastructure.
