PETALING JAYA: Aizo Group Bhd has secured a contract from Xense Design Sdn Bhd to undertake the sub-contract for road and drainage works for the proposed transit-orientated development comprising three blocks of serviced apartments and other related ancillaries in Cheras, Selangor, worth RM9.09mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Aizo said the contract commenced on June 18, 2026 and is expected to be completed by Aug 17, 2027.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings and net assets of the company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.”
Moving forward, Aizo said it will continue to pursue commercially viable construction and infrastructure opportunities, particularly projects that align with Malaysia’s urban development, connectivity and sustainability agenda.
