KUALA LUMPUR: Croesus IT Holdings Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary Croesus IT Solutions Sdn Bhd has secured RM670,000 purchase orders from Sena Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd for the supply of software solutions and related services.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said the purchase orders covered software solutions and implementation services, as well as maintenance and management services.
The software solutions will be implemented at Sena Specialist Hospital Bentong, Sena Healthcare Headquarters and Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat.
The implementation is expected to be completed by mid-July, end-July and end-September 2026, respectively.
Maintenance and management services are expected to commence in July 2026 and are renewable on an annual basis.
Croesus IT expects the purchase orders to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards.
