Vanzo secures distributorship of Liby products

The collaboration has an initial term of one year and will be automatically renewed upon expiry.

PETALING JAYA: Vanzo Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Vanzo Asia Sdn Bhd has been appointed the distributor of the Liby brand of products in Malaysia by the Liby Group, a leading Chinese fast-moving consumer goods company.

Under the terms of the agreement, the car and indoor fragrance company will undertake all channel sales, brand promotion and media and digital communications for the Liby brand.

“Vanzo Asia will be responsible for the importation, marketing, distribution and sale of the products, and is authorised to expand nationwide distribution channels, including appointing sub-distributors, retailers and other sales networks.

“The agreement also includes safeguards to ensure that customers and channels developed by Vanzo Asia are protected from direct bypass by the supplier,” Vanzo said in a statement.

The collaboration has an initial term of one year and will be automatically renewed upon expiry.

“The collaboration is expected to enhance the group’s product offerings beyond its existing fragrance products, while leveraging its established distribution capabilities to build a nationwide network for Liby products,” said Vanzo executive director Eddie Ng, adding that both parties will collaborate across multiple areas to capture growth opportunities arising from rising consumer demand and the fast-growing household care market in South-East Asia.
