Evocom inks underwriting deal for IPO


KUALA LUMPUR: Evocom Bhd has entered into an underwriting agreement with NewParadigm Securities Sdn Bhd in conjunction with its proposed initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.

Evocom and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the Group) provide flexible staffing and network support services for ecommerce and logistics activities where the network support services comprise last-mile delivery, transhipment and parcel shipment.

Evocom’s IPO comprises a public issue of 113.91 million new ordinary shares and an offer for sale of 22 million existing ordinary shares, of which 22.78 million will be offered to the Malaysian public via balloting, 56.95 million to approved bumiputra investors by the Investment, Trade and Industry Ministry, and 34.17 million to selected investors.
