PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd
's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract to undertake main building works and infrastructure works for a project in Klang, Selangor.
The contract was awarded by Ancubic PJ Sdn Bhd and is worth RM227.08mil, Inta Bina noted in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The completion period is 36 months from the date of commencement on June 15, 2026.
The project is a mixed commercial development that will have commercial spaces along with residential components, which will be developed in two phases.
Inta Bina noted it intends to fund the contract with internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
