PETALING JAYA: Jang Seon Pyo has been elected as the chairman of Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd
(LCT) effective May 26, 2026.
He was previously president of the integrated producer of olefins from Dec 1, 2024.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Jang was previously responsible for the overall operations of the group, including the implementation of policies and strategic decisions.
Moving into the role of chairman, Jang will not only provide leadership to the board, but also lead the board in establishing and monitoring good corporate governance practices.
“The chairman will manage the interface between board and management, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders,” the group said.
