PETALING JAYA: Jang Seong Pyo has been elected as the chairman of Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd
effective May 26, 2026.
He was previously president of the integrated producer of olefins from Dec 1, 2024.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the group said Jang was previously responsible for the overall operations of the group, including the implementation of the policies and strategic decisions.
Moving into the role of the chairman, Jang will not only provide leadership to the board but also lead the board in establishing and monitoring good corporate governance practices.
“The chairman will also manage the interface between board and management, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders,” the group said.
Jang brings over 21 years of leadership experience in the petrochemical industry, and was also president director of PT Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk, a public listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as president director of PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara.
He is an appointed representative of Lotte Chemical.
