PMW International wins RM11.92mil Perak road project supply deal


PETALING JAYA: PMW International Bhd has accepted a purchase order from SL Virtue Sdn Bhd for the supply of pre-stressed spun concrete piles for the construction of connecting road from Meru Raya Expressway to the Ipoh–Lumut Expressway Interchange, Perak, worth RM11.92mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the trader of construction materials said the project is expected to improve connectivity between key transportation corridors and surrounding economic areas within the Kinta district in Perak.

“The delivery schedule shall be in accordance with the project requirements and instructions to be issued by SLV from time to time, which is expected to complete in the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026.

“The spun piles supplied under the order are manufactured in accordance with relevant technical and quality requirements applicable to infrastructure and construction projects in Malaysia, including relevant Jabatan Kerja Raya specifications and standards, supporting the group’s participation in critical infrastructure and transportation developments.”
