KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, has awarded a RM4.38mil subcontract for interior fit-out works and window treatment to Sunthesis Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the subcontract covers the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of interior fit-out works and window treatment for apartment units located at Jalan Liew Weng Chee, Kuala Lumpur.
The contract is scheduled to commence on May 25, 2026 and be completed by Sept 15, 2026, with a duration of four months.
Exsim Hospitality said the defects liability period for the completed works will be 27 months from the date of practical completion.
