Critical Holdings unit secures RM152.59mil contract for new cleanroom architecture


KUALA LUMPUR: Critical Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract valued at RM152.59mil for a new cleanroom architecture associated with mechanical, electrical and process utilities (MEP) services, at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

It said in a stock exchage filing, the contract was secured from a renowned US-based multinational corporation which supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

The works commenced on May 11, 2026, and are expected to be completed by Dec 25, 2026.
