Perak Transit 1Q revenue at RM46mil


The company said it continued to deliver resilient earnings supported by stable contributions from its core transit operations.

PETALING JAYA: Perak Transit Bhd recorded a profit after tax of RM15.6mil and pre-tax profit of RM20.5mil, on revenue of RM46.4mil for its first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

In a statement, the company said it continued to deliver resilient earnings supported by stable contributions from its core transit operations, reinforcing the group’s strong operational fundamentals and recurring income base.

“In recognition of its solid financial position, Perak Transit has declared a second interim dividend of 0.125 sen per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026, payable on Aug 19, 2026.

“The group remains committed to a disciplined capital management strategy while supporting strategic growth initiatives and its ongoing share buy-back programme.”
