WCT unit bags RM152.68mil construction job in Taiwan


KUALA LUMPUR: WCT Holdings Bhd said the Taiwan branch of its wholly-owned subsidiary, WCT Bhd, has been awarded a RM152.68mil contract by Wu En De construction Co Ltd to undertake construction works between Gaoke Interchange (Design Station 344.5K) and Gangshan Interchange (Design Station 348.6K) for the project known as "National Highway No. 1 - Addition of Gangshan Second Interchange Project (Lot I108R)" in Taiwan.

The works, which include road works, bridge structural works and drainage works, are expected to be completed within 42 months from Aug 1, 2026, the commencement date of the contract, the group said in a bourse filing today.
