Encorp mulls collaboration with KBI Properties


KUALA LUMPUR: Encorp Bhd has inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KBI Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Koperasi Belia Islam Malaysia Bhd, to explore potential business opportunities.

KBI is principally involved in property development and construction-related activities.

"The MOU provides a platform for ENCORP and KBIP to explore potential business opportunities and collaborate in areas of mutual interest through sharing of expertise and  resources," it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
