PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd
’s associate, HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd (HSSI) has accepted a letter of appointment from Sutracom Sdn Bhd, who is the main contractor for the Package UP-3 proposed design and build for upgrading works of Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd’s sewage water treatment plant.
The plants are located in Negri Sembilan and Melaka. Services rendered by HSSI is estimated to be at RM10.95mil, and will be for a period of 42 months commencing Sept 28, 2026. HSSI will provide civil and structural and mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy and construction site supervision services for the project.
Services are expected to be funded via internally generated funds and external borrowings. The project will contribute positively to the group’s financials for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to Dec 31, 2030.
