Advancecon wins RM48mil Johor contract


PETALING JAYA: Advancecon Holdings Bhd has secured a RM47.6mil contract from Johor Corp (JCorp) to undertake infrastructure works at the Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, accepted the letter of acceptance on April 28, 2026.

The project involves the construction of roadworks, drainage systems, street lighting, landscaping and related infrastructure across several areas within the industrial complex.

The works are scheduled for completion within 12 months.

The contract marks Advancecon’s third project win in Johor this year.

This was following earlier awards in the Southern Catalyst Innovation District and Southern Ibrahim Technopolis.
