Scanwolf wins RM6mil development job

PETALING JAYA: Scanwolf Corp Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Scanwolf Trading & Construction Sdn Bhd, has secured a sub-contract job from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd for an industrial development in Hulu Langat, Selangor, worth RM6.41mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Scanwolf said the scope of works comprises the supply, delivery, construction and completion of foundation works.

“The sub-contract work commenced yesterday and is expected to be completed on June 30, 2026.

“The risk factors affecting the award include, amongst others, execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and regulatory conditions.

“The award will have no effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“The award, however, is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026.”
